Ingredients
  

Pasta and Base Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup whole grain pasta (shells) Use any preferred shape of whole grain pasta.
  • 1 handful fresh spinach Tightly packed handful.
  • 2 tbs. Philadelphia Cooking Creme This adds creaminess to the dish.
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic Fresh minced garlic is recommended for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, quartered Drained and rinsed.
  • 1/2 cup white beans Canned or cooked white beans work well.
Garnish
  • to taste Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best results.
  • to taste ground black pepper Adds flavor and a touch of heat.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
  3. Keep the heat on medium/low.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add all ingredients except spinach into the pot.
  2. Stir until combined and heated through.
  3. Stir in spinach until slightly wilted.
  4. Top with Parmesan and ground black pepper before serving.

Notes

Prepare all components before final assembly. Store leftovers in sealed containers for up to 3 days.
