- In a large bowl, combine cooked wild rice, soup, drained sausage, diced onion, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, spinach, and chopped roasted red pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the center feels springy and there's no liquid ripple.
- Let the quiche stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
