  • 2 cups spinach Fresh, packed tightly
  • 2 pieces bananas Ripe for sweetness
  • 1 cup cottage cheese For creaminess and protein
  • 1/3 cup milk Adjust based on desired consistency
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal For added nutrition
Optional Ingredients

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare all ingredients before starting.
Blending
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender in the order given, making sure spinach is at the bottom.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend until no ice chunks remain.
Serving
  1. Serve in a bowl, plate, or glass that displays the smoothie well.

Notes
