- In a food processor, blend all ingredients for the hummus until smooth.
- If the hummus gets too thick, add water by the spoonful until reaching the desired consistency.
Assembly
- Plop some hummus down on a whole wheat wrap.
- Top with spinach and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
- Optionally, drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil over the top.
- For an extreme bonus, add crumbled bacon.
