Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients for the hummus until smooth.
  2. If the hummus gets too thick, add water by the spoonful until reaching the desired consistency.
Assembly
  1. Plop some hummus down on a whole wheat wrap.
  2. Top with spinach and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
  3. Optionally, drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil over the top.
  4. For an extreme bonus, add crumbled bacon.
