Preparation
- Brown ground chicken in a skillet with all ingredients up to basil.
Assembly
- Once the chicken is finished, add torn basil until wilted.
- Stir in cooked brown rice and heat through.
- Roll the mixture up in the washed lettuce leaves and top with extra basil or other fresh herbs.
Notes
For best texture, prepare all components before final assembly. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
